The Strange Case of Egon W. is a surreal animated film about a writer who loses control over his own body and is pulled into a strange journey through forests, portals and shifted realities.
Controlled by a small jellyfish from another dimension, Egon enters a world where problems become living creatures, logic begins to fall apart, and absurd situations slowly turn into danger.
The project combines dark humor, grotesque fantasy, cinematic animation and a hybrid production process based on drawing, storyboarding, visual design and AI-assisted image and motion tools.
