A graphic novel in episodes · 120 pages · drawn over ten years
An alien tourist arrives on Earth and meets none other than Pablo Picasso on a yacht – muse included. He takes on Picasso's shape, receives his clothes and shoes as a gift, and sets out into the world. Only the "P" gives him trouble: from now on, he is 'Ablo.
What Picasso did on canvas, 'Ablo lives through. Each episode bears the title of a Picasso work and ends where the painting comes to life – not in the studio, but in situations often as raw and violent as the paintings themselves.
The complete comic is free to read here. Enjoy!
